Melody ThePsalmist, is one of the
great Cameroonian gospel musicians that is blessing lives across the globe with
spirit filled songs. He is a singer, a vocalist, a song writer, a producer and
CEO of music Label called, “FIREWORKS” . Melody ThePsalmist, was born on 14
January 1987, by NDE ELVIS CHO, son of NDE TITUS and Atimdoh GRACE, a native of
Mankon, Bamenda, as the third born of Five children .Melody ThePsalmist studied
His Primary education in Bonaberi ,Douala, Secondary and high school, in GHS
Mankon,Bamenda and. Later studied Biochemistry in Douala University .Melody
ThePsalmist, encountered Christ, in 2004, in Bamenda, but when He came back to
Douala, He became slag with the things of the kingdom He even got involved with
acts like,smoking marijuana, drinking excess alcohol, in fact , you can name
the rest, in 2009, when His father was on his dying bed, one of his last wishes
for Him was to follow the ways of God .Melody ThePsalmist after the dead of His
father, in 2010, the pressure was very high, everywhere He went to, preached to,
until one day , He saw a guy, who was a "bad boy" too, but has change
his life, so He asked him , what happened to Him, he said he is born again now,
that's how Melody ThePsalmist surrender His life to Jesus easily and from that
day, his life has never been the same again., He presently fellowship at Full
gospel mission, Ngwele Assembly, Bonaberi ,Douala .Melody ThePsalmist has never
been in the choir, but church pianist Yes!. Singing is just a part of Him while
music is an integral part of Him from child hood. According to the artist, His
name “Melody ThePsalmist came from the following;
“melody” , because every time He is on the
keyboard (piano), He will always produce melodies, so they started calling Him,
melody Melody The Psalmist ,Secondly, “The psalmist” because, since the day He
became, born again, He had special love for the PSALMS, when He buy anything
new , He will write a Psalmic quotation, on it, so the name, melody was very
common , so He decided dual it , with another part of Him, making it , Melody
ThePsalmist . Presently, The song minister is working in the studio, on His
single, title; “DANCE” which comprises, songs titles like, "vaincu le
monde, " ",come ,come, come ", " fait lui confaince",
and. "BaBa do good" . He is so unique, starting from his sound, his
